Though my practice is primarily focused on corporations and the needs of organizations, I offer 1:1 wellness coaching for a select group of individuals.

My objective is to achieve results as efficiently as possible so the approach is intense. In my experience, clients need structure and accountability, and they need to get started immediately.

I start off spending two full days with each client.  In that time, we walk through a typical routine and examine the environment at home, the office, the gym and anywhere else you’re spending significant time during the week. I’ll weed through the cupboard, take you for a guided tour of the grocery store, scout out accessible food vendors near work, inventory the equipment and exercise programs at your gym, research business travel options and more.

Interspersed throughout each day is time for discussing personal history, taking physical measurements and photographs, reviewing the fundamentals of optimal nutrition and exercise, practicing stress management techniques, and going through a full- body workout.

Also, my clients complete a Kolbe A Index and receive a complete debrief so that we can customize a wellness strategy that fits their M.O — their personal style for achieving success.

We wrap up the second day by creating a detailed 90-day plan for breaking down barriers and pushing through to new ground. I will make any necessary arrangements to procure personal trainers, private chefs, nutritionists, or other health practitioners.

I charge a flat rate for the initial two-day consultation plus any travel expenses. Going forward, I work with clients weekly or as needed on an hourly basis to monitor progress, motivate you and coach you through obstacles.

If you’re considering working with me as a coach, please be prepared that I expect my clients to be:
- Ready and willing to make changes to their lifestyle
- Punctual and prepared
- Responsible for what happens in their lives
