Today’s was a fun segment. The night before, I had been invited to attend an Oscar gala as a guest of News10 so I took some light ribbing from Guy & Kristen about my martini appetizers. At least the olives contain healthy, unsaturated fat. Anyway, the topic for today is staying committed to New Year’s resolutions. At the 8-week mark, the vast majority of Americans have already given up on their commitment to a healthier lifestyle. Watch for tips to stay on track.
