I met Jay through a client and graphic designer Sharon Schanzer. Jay shared with me his story and his goals when we first met, and I saw his transformation within a few weeks through my very eyes. He is a person who walks his talk - he got leaner, looked healthier, and he looked well rested and calm. It's true what Jay said about forming a team to achieve your goals, and engage other people to be a part of the team even by sharing with them your story and goals. Congratulations Jay!

Go Jay!!

I think you're right on: "we don't take the time to learn who we are as individuals" -- it seems so much of the struggles we have are tied to figuring that out...

I'm looking forward to reading more.
